 After being exposed to the aftermath of 911 and working at a hair salon in downtown Manhattan, my health declined and I entered into a debilitating health crisis.  One that common doctors had no solution for.

  That began my quest and determination to find answers. I knew there had to be someone, somewhere that could help me.   I found several incredible & unique doctors who knew what to do.  I followed their protocols which included supplements and a nutrition plan that would nourish my body optimally while allowing my body to detox the heavy metals and other chemicals at the same time.  I will forever be grateful to them even though they never took the credit.  They always said it was me who was committed to doing the work to get better. 

  Now I stand on the other side: I've regained my health, and am certified as an Integrative Health Coach.  I use my life experience and knowledge to help you have faith that no matter what you have been told, there is a chance you can get better.
